If you are not entirely satisfied with any CimAlp product, or it is not the correct size, you have 30 days to return it to us.

 The product must be new, not have been worn, not have been washed and have the labels still attached to it.

To make a return request:

  1.      Go to your customer account, and select the My orders / Return requests category
  2.      Select the product(s) to return to us
  3.      Indicate, in the field provided, if you would like to receive a replacement product or to be reimbursed
  4.      Once your return has been approved, you will be able to find a return slip in your customer account, in the My return documents category. A member of our returns team will email a pre-paid postage label directly to the email address registered to your account within 1 working day of your return being approved

To return the merchandise to us:

  1.       Place the return slip available from your customer account, in the My return documents category, into your package along with the items to be returned
  2.       Attach the pre-paid postage label to the package and drop off at the nearest post office. Please allow 5 to 10 days for your package to reach us and be processed
  3.       On receipt of your package, exchanges will be sent in 24-48 hours, and refunds will be processed in under 10 days. In the case of reimbursement, you will be fully reimbursed for the product(s) via the original method of payment
